Common questions

How do I start the free trial?
Open any player card (or tap Compare) and choose the monthly plan. Eligible customers may receive a 7-day free trial, as shown on the purchase screen (Apple decides eligibility). You're charged only if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Statysis > Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

I bought Premium but it isn't unlocked.
Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

When does the Season Pass end?
At 11:59 pm US Eastern Time on January 11, 2027, after Week 18 of the 2026 NFL season. It does not include the playoffs and does not renew.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where do projected points come from?
They're converted from sportsbook lines (the books' expectations). When a player has no lines, or only an anytime touchdown line, a third-party projection is used instead when available. They are estimates, not guarantees.

How often is data updated?
Odds and props hourly, and more often close to kickoff. During games, scores and play-by-play refresh about every 15-30 seconds. Injuries, rosters and stats update several times a day. Our data providers can also be delayed, so the app may sometimes be behind live events.

Reporting a problem
Please include the app version, your iPhone model and iOS version, the player or game affected, and a screenshot if you can. For purchase questions, also include the App ID shown at the bottom of the upgrade screen. Never send payment details.
